Our very own “dynamo”

Can of Worms is very proud of its very own Dunwich Dynamo, Helen who took part in this year’s Dunwich Dynamo. The Dunwich Dynamo is a 200KM night ride from London to Dunwich on the Suffolk Coast.

Helen is steering a path to a major bike ride later this year, for which she will be seeking sponsorship. So far this year in preparation for this new challenge, Helen has completed the Blenheim Palace Triathlon (in June – her first ever triathlon), miles/kilometres of cycle training and now the Dynamo.
