Books:

Special Offa

Having previously made us laugh and learn about the modern day and history of the Black Country and the River Severn, Bob now heads to the well-trodden path of Offa’s Dyke. His humour and candidness at bottling the life that these places have experienced over the years has developed quite a following.

Grey Paes & Bacon

Anyone who has a connection with the Black country will have a place in their heart for this. Bob takes us on an historical and present day walk around the canals recalling why this place (where them always speak funny) is so easy to fall for.

Dancing With Sabrina

Following the success of his book about the lure of the Black Country, Bob visits the towns and villages along the River Severn. As he walks from the source to the sea, he meets an eclectic mix of people and gives us a delightful slice of true British life.

On the wall with Hadrian

Newly opened Hadrian’s Wall path, 84 miles (135km), stretches from coast to coast and inspired travel writer Bob Bibby to don his boots and traverse the scenic and historical route. The book gives insight into Hadrian, his people and his times along with an up-to-date guide on where to visit, stay, eat and drink.
